3PL Dispatcher with Loadlink experience

Full Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator/3PL Dispatcher will be required to undertake the following duties in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence:

• provide best-in-class shipping solutions for customers
• build solid relationships with clients
• negotiate pricing and prepare quotations for clients
• coordinate dispatch of critical freight based on specific client requests
• maintain effective communication and coordination of shipments with customers, carriers and drivers
• facilitating inquiry and problem resolution related to the assigning and delivery of loads, to customers, carriers and drivers
• collecting/organizing necessary documentation for proper billing of customers
• sourcing, qualifying and adding carriers to the operation platform
• providing support as required to fellow team members
• tackling additional tasks that may be requested by customers, as well as taking on additional duties as requested by the leadership team

• MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF LOADLINK AND 3PL EXPERIENCE
• highly proficient in spoken and written English
• exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills
• outgoing personality/people person
• exceptional customer service and communication skills
• excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• ability to multitask and prioritize
• able to work independently with minimal supervision
• proficiency in computer/digital literacy – knowledge of UFOS is an asset
• experience in transportation/logistics/3PL industry is a definite MUST
