Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, MGA International Logistics is family-owned and operated logistics business. Founded in 1998 by brothers Mark and Brad Grimes, the transportation company has grown exponentially over its more than 25 years of existence. A third brother, Greg, joined the company in 2003 to assist with the Sales and Acquisition programs.
Located within 130 kilometers of the Canada/U.S. border, the transportation company recently moved to a new, state-of-the-art facility, located in an area of the city known as South Etobicoke. As part of the rapidly growing Greater Golden Horseshoe region of Southern Ontario — home to almost 10 million people — MGA is ideally situated to service the needs of both our domestic, and cross-border customers.

Before joining his brother Mark in establishing MGA, Brad began his accounting career with international firm GEC Canada. While there, he enrolled in the Certified General Accounting (CGA) program, which led to him becoming a key member of their management team. The business knowledge acquired during his 10 year tenure with GEC was instrumental in helping develop MGA into the successful business you see today.
Greg, like his identical twin brother Brad, started his professional sales career with GEC Canada. Eventually he moved to Lazer-Tech — a circuit board manufacturer — where he took on the role of Sales Manager. In 2003, he made the move to MGA to take over the Sales and Acquisitions program and has been instrumental in developing MGA into the thriving business it is today.
Greg Grimes got it done. I had an unusual shipment that he took on seriously and professionally. Greg was very responsive and communicative, worked many different angles to get me a good price, and overcame several logistical challenges. I would definitely use MGA again.
